App Basics

  • How do I create an account? Download the app, tap "Sign Up," and follow the prompts to create your profile.

  • How do I reset my password? On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.

  • Is Train With Me available on Android? Currently, Train With Me is only available on iOS devices.

For Subscribers

  • How do subscriptions work? Choose fitness creators you want to follow, subscribe to their content for a monthly fee, and get access to all their workouts.

  • How do I cancel a subscription? Go to your Account Settings > Subscriptions > select the subscription you want to cancel > Cancel Subscription.

  • Can I try before subscribing? Many creators offer sample workouts you can view before subscribing.

For Fitness Creators

  • How do I become a creator? Go to Account Settings > Creator Application and complete the required information.

  • How much can I earn? You receive 80% of all subscription revenue from your subscribers, paid monthly.

  • What content can I share? You can share workout videos, training programs, nutrition advice, and engage with your community through posts.

Troubleshooting

  • App crashing? Make sure you have the latest version installed and your iOS is up to date.

  • Payment issues? Verify your payment method is current in Account Settings > Payment Methods.

  • Content not loading? Check your internet connection or try restarting the app.
